I've been waiting for a good Dinosaur game for 15 years.
Would much rather see a Mesozoic survival sim instead of yet another shooter with Dinosaurs.
Used to be a Walking with Dinosaurs game like that on the BBC site that was pretty awesome before the morons took it down.

Last time I checked the guys behind this and the other Primal Carnage game are not a huge team. I think not more than 25 people.

Doesn't take a huge team to make a few better textures for a trailer.
They are also working on another game.
Since it's a trailer the graphics can still change.

I saw 'Primal Carnage: Genesis" and thought that it was going to be a really old reveal trailer in the nineties, and was wondering why they would have reveal trailers back then.

its ALWAYS going to be better / worse based in the team , and not to mention this isnt an AAA team just an more or less small indie team

I don't understand, what were you expecting so early into the next gen, with a brand new engine?
Were you expecting battlefield 4 with OTT lens flares and so much bloom that you can't see a meter away?

A half decent texture, at the least.
This looks worse than current gen titles.
If there wasn't depth of field I'd go as far as saying it looks worse than early current gen titles.

Graphics aren't everything remember, but I do agree, the textures do look a little poor.
From the little videos I've seen on the Unreal 4 engine, they all look like they have poor quality textures. But the other things are nice, dat grass.

hahaha oh come on, those textures aren't the best but they're nowhere near as bad as most current-gen console games at all.
