I like it except the ear-rape volume, or it's just me.
Also, the Bohemian Rhapsody he did was a bit of a letdown but I suppose you're limited with one guitar.

This really makes me want to play my guitar. In fact, I shall.
was gonna click like as soon as i heard the smiths and rem, BUT

don't tell me that gnarly riff shouldn't be at least the one radiohead mention?
why no yellow ledbetter?
I was doing pretty good until the last 18 or so. I kind of got lost in the riffs as those are bands I haven't really listened to.
He only appeared to smile during Rush songs and Van Halen songs
I'd have been cool to hear the riff from "Suburbs" by Arcade Fire, but still fantastic none the less. Didn't realize that Float On had such a simple riff, might learn that.
Christ, I wonder how many takes it took him to get it all done in one...
I always thought that pipeline and wipeout were originally by The Ventures.
Quite a few of those are badly done, IMO. Namely Hot for teacher and Bohemian rhapsody.
Should of done Black Sabbath - Black Sabbath instead of paranoid. That started metal.

One take.
#20... Fortunate SUN?
Haha come on, Fortunate Son...
Despite some mistakes, it's damn impressive how he did it all in one take.
Puts my guitar skill to shame
You can see just how badass Hendrix was. He had no problem with the notes until he hit Purple Haze. He then had to slow down to get 'em all.
Nice vid though. Very impressive skills.
surprised to see no oasis on there. whatever you think of them, they were the biggest rock n roll band in the world at their height
edit: or any important 90s british rock? blur and the stone roses and radiohead too feel really missed out
Hey I have the same guitar.
Shame I can't play it.
heck yeah don't fear the reaper is there.
The sad things for me are that I know most of those from Guitar Hero and that I will never be that good at real guitar not matter how much I play.

Holy crap it's not even that hard.. those are all pretty or better said very simple riffs, how about you learn for a year or two then it all comes by itself.

I've been playing for 4 years self taught, it's just that when other people play it looks much harder than it is and I was reffering to the songs and the song writers, not the riffs.
Love that instant drop-d

If you actually have a Vintage 58' Stratocaster and you can't play it, you can sell it for lots of money
lots of money

Holy mother of fuck
That transition from Sweet Home Alabama to Walk This Way at 3:22 was really effective

Asides from that I'm surprised QOTSA weren't in there either
So glad he included Blood and Thunder. One of my favourite riffs

Seems like your pussy ear drums can't eat raw distortion like mine do, it's like bread and butter for them.

A MUCH better riff than Symphony's, imo.
