Steam Account Disabled?? - General

I just bought a new game like 1 week ago I left out of town, when I came back, It said my account was disabled, But this is an account I made, and spent money on, and now my account is disabled, If anyone can help me please tell me [B] If this is in wrong section please move it[/B] [highlight](User was banned for this post ("wrong forum" - garry))[/highlight]

I tried contacting them today, but they say they cant re-activate it, and steam does not really care if your account is hacked, if its hacked they disable it, and never enable it

They only permanetly disable an account if you scam someone, failure to give them game funds, what was the reason they gave you?

Did they change everything or what? I just send them a proof of purchase, and got it enabled. Proof of purchase + username = win. At least it worked for me :P

You'll ever have to provide a packshot of any of your games with the key visible, or you have to send them a copy of your ID or something. Just contact steam support instead of us, we can't do anything about it. Think, boy, think!

Steam will [u]always[/u] re-enable your account if it's disabled as long as you didn't break any Steam rules. Phishing, harassing, anything in the Terms of Use.
