[QUOTE=RichyZ;48806524]dunno why you're really trying to defend the technicalities of this behavior people like this are the reason why shit is so inconvenient[/QUOTE] i don't blame them though. i mean, not that it isn't stupid and tbh they definitely knew it probably wasn't gonna work but keep in mind, free refills are not a thing in brazil and have never been. while most people in the states are used to it and don't make a big deal out of free soda, when BK first came to brazil some people treated it as the second coming of christ i guess that if BK kept the free refills and maybe if other fast food joints followed suit, there's a chance brazilians would've gotten used to the whole thing, but they didn't, so in a way, BK taking it away only strengthened the get-it-while-its-free mentality most people over here have

I would give the guy the benefit of the doubt, being he started to serve into a cup, then into the galleon jug. As long as he was doing that, it would constitute as "free refills".
