This is actually 100 percent true and here is why. Gangs in different countries create/grow drugs and import it into the US. The money they get builds their gang. Other gangs do the same thing and then start rival wars, causing innocent civilians to get caught in the cross-fire. Besides that, some of these gangs also kill innocent civilians to make a point not to fuck with them. Because these gangs cause such mass slayings, they are considered terrorist organizations. How do you stop this from happening? Take away their funding. How? Legalize drugs so lawful people can grow/create them.
