The budget for this seems so much higher than The Walking Dead, or maybe it's just production value.
Not available in my country.
Fuckin' racists.
Looks really damn intersting tbh.
I'm really interested in seeing how shit goes down instead of being right after it. It's a nice change of pace.
I don't know what it is, but I find the title really dumb. Aside from that, I've always wanted something that shows the actual apocalypse part of a zombie apocalypse, and this looks like its delivering just that.
A small nitpick, though, did anyone else find the news footage to be really awkward and fake-looking?

Maybe it just seems that way because of the setting. Most of the Walking Dead is set in the woods so it's hard to see a lot of production value there.
If it's gonna mean having the wait for the next Walking Dead season be that much easier than I'm all for this.
well The Walking Dead will start in Oct like Normal so this will get your walking dead thirst for a while.
This trailer makes it seem like a movie, not a tv show.
Looks good either way.
I'm excited for it. Kirkman is behind it and it seems to have the same production values as TWD. I like how this new series shows what happened from the beginning as opposed to the original show where it picks up weeks after the outbreak.
Hopefully this new cast of characters will be able to stand on their own, and set themselves apart from Rick and the original group.
Looks great and I've had high hopes since I first heard about it, I really hope they don't turn it into a slow paced soap opera this time around.
reminds me a lot of the Last Of Us prologue, chaos, the government going rogue, destruction of civilization in a matter of weeks.
something also tells me they'll continue this show for a couple of seasons, kill of a lot of the characters, and at some point introduce the remaining characters to the regular walking dead series (thats if they don't kill them all off)
It looks really good. I wonder when we'll see the first walker (probably at the end of episode 1 or 2). They can build the characters in the first episode then start the outbreak.
I didn't want this to burn people out on TWD, so lets hope it's good enough to where people aren't burnt out when October comes around.
Nice, maybe this series will have decent actors and wont turn to shit after the first season
This looks like it will only be good for a season, and then it'll become the typical "we have to survive" story we've been following for several years now.
Ok this has gone up in my estimations now, the initial outbreaks always interests me more than the prolonged survival after the fall.
this feels like something that'd work much better as a mini-series then as a brand new, full series

Honestly hoping they make it like True Detective or American Horror Story. Use one season to show a story of the world collapsing, and after that rotate the cast and the characters every following season and show stuff from a different location and different reactions and shit. It'd be more interesting.
Shit, this starts in August already? Well shit, waiting for the new Walking Dead season just got easier.
So, like in this alternate universe is it just like ours minus cultural knowledge/myths about zombies?

I think Kirkman said once that TWD takes place in a universe where Romero never made Night of the Living Dead so the zombie genre just kind of doesn't exist.
It's nice to finally get a full sized trailer for this series.
I don't know what it is, but I find the title really dumb.
Yeah it seems sort of seems a bit flat at first glance, but I think it's fitting seeing as this series is emphasizing the 'Fear' in the chaos during the fall of civilization rather than the struggles of long term survival.
The drama parts look particularly shit
But the action parts look particularly good.
I'll probably watch it though.

The fear part is nice and the title sounds good, its just strange that it's a show title I've been reading/saying/hearing for years now plus one word. Also a really ballsy move considering how easy its going to be for some people to confuse the two.
Is this a holy relic or something?
Why can't I watch it?
