I've done this on my friend's server. I replaced much of the stone around the spawn area with blocks with silverfish hiding in them. When his twin sister came on and tried to help her brother expand their little brick house she hit on of the fake stone blocks and the silverfish pushed her into the lava moat they built. I couldn't have pissed myself in laughter more than that.
