Stages Main stage – major rock, indie and alternative acts NME/Radio 1 stage – less well-known acts, building up to an alternative headline act NEW Radio 1 Dance Stage - new stage featuring dance acts, hope you like dubstep bro Festival Republic stage (formerly known as the Carling stage) – acts with less popular appeal and breakthrough acts Lock Up Stage – underground punk and hardcore acts Dance tent – dance music acts, on the day that the above stage does not run Alternative tent – comedy and cabaret acts plus DJs BBC Introducing Stage – Typically unsigned/not well known acts So its my 6th year of going to this accursed festival and was wondering how many Facepunchers are going this year, line-up seems pretty solid this year especially with a new dance tent, shame that most bands I wouldn't mind seeing clash since they are headlining though.
As with every Leeds/Reading festival I've paid attention to, there are enough bands I want to see to make a day ticket worth it, but they're all spread out across the weekend.
Been 3 years in a row now, going to miss this one as uni work / deadline :(
A week to go, getting that hype going.
I'm going to Leeds for the second year on the run
Fucking amazing weekend. High fived Oli Sykes for the second time.
