But that is the point, Trump didn't choose the countries besides Syria in the executive order.

The DHS merely implemented an Obama-era list of "Countries of Concern" when called to institute the ban.

Scarborough is MSNBCs pet conservative. He has made anti-media statements in the past because he knows that brand of punditry sells

Also his claims and the claims of many on the right (and Trump himself) are [URL="https://mediamatters.org/research/2017/01/30/right-wing-media-wrongly-cite-obama-justify-trump-s-muslim-ban/215180"]bold faced lies[/URL]. There were no protests or widescale reporting on the issue because it wasn't a ban and it was done to counter a very specific threat.
