Seriously, just watch this and count how many times she says like.
How difficult is it to even attempt to be eloquent when talking to a reporter?
That's like, well dumb.
she said "like" 29 times in a 1:47 interview.
what the fuck is wrong with the children of today

1 'like' every 4 seconds. :wtc:
Our society is just generally kind of crappy nowadays.
She spends too much time on facebook.
Thats like, crazy.
Notice how she never says "uhmm.." in the video, she replaced uhm with like.
it's not that hard to see whats going on.

My school is fine, it's just kids not giving a fuck.
Old, but, like, relevant? You know?

I thought the "like" phase was over in the early 2000's.
Or like she's like a little nervous being on like television.
That's like, totally shocking.

emmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
God I HATE videos involving the children of our country. They are a disgrace.
I would taser her too if she kept saying like umm like when like um like.
I enjoy how she said it was really bruised and it turned out to be the size of a mosquito bite
Is it odd that everyone including me around here talks like this, it's something I can't stop saying :smith:
But most of the time it doesn't even sound like 'like', It's more like 'Laeck'

People around here will say it a lot, but not near this much.

Oh the end of society is when kids say "like"
Fucking what? Seriously? Your generation probably had just as retarded slang too
[editline]11th September 2011[/editline]
And she probably said like so much because she was nervous because she was on TV
BBC tv
"what happened, what did your body feel like? "
"...it was like, was like electric shock really, like"

Talking like you have giant brain tumor is a slang? I'm sorry but being unable to talk fluently is not a slang. And when you look at the next generation and half of them either have a brain damage or just can't speak, it does make you worry.

Even if she was saying it more frequently than she usually do because of the stress it doesn't change the fact that kids these days speak more or less like that. And that's what we're talking about here.

How is slang or the way of speaking a show of mental capability or intelligence, she uses a word that she's grown to use a lot in her speech, and that happens for every slang word.
