One of the greatest films of all time Back to the Future, is coming back to the cinema for its 25th anniversary in October.

I highly recommend if you haven't seen it, go see it at the theater. They will be using the remastered Blu-Ray footage for this screening.
<3 the trilogy
I would, but damned cinema tickets are far too expensive for something like this.
Put it this way... Its double the price i can get it on dvd
I adore it far too much for that shit...
Can't wait.
I wish they would do this in the US. :sigh:
Gonna see this.
I thought they were making a new one when I read your title. Luckily that was not the case!
This reminds me of the video game Telltale is making.
We have to be careful though. At this rate soon cinemas will have as many old films as new films playing. And im guessing they wont have fantastic movies like this on.

The last thing we want is the special 25th anniversary screenings of Transformers 2.

We need Christopher Lloyd and Michael J Fox to do the voices for this

It would seem far more plausible to show the film in the US. It is after all, a US film. Oh well, it seems some things are not meant to be. I would consider creating a petition of sorts, is any one else willing to help?
Great Scott.

Because DVD is comparable to a theatre.

when do movie theaters do this! I've only seen it for Toy story 1 and 2.
:saddowns::arghfist:
This is bullshit, I wanna go see Back to the Future at the cinema... :saddowns:
There are quite a few old movies i'd like to see in theater.
I wish my drive in theater would play more old drive-in movies.
Words cannot describe the feelings of envy I currently exhibit...

Why be careful? There's loads of old movies I wish I could see in a theatre, this is great. New movies are usually shit too. Look at something like GOG, nearly 100% top notch titles.

£10 to see a 25 year old movie? Just to see it on the big screen? It might be a great experience but I don't think it is worth it all to much.

I think people (including myself) would go see it not only for the large screen and great sound, but because others who love these films will be there. It's a group experience.

I believe it is just to make a bit of money rather than delivering the full AWESOME back to the future experience
Fuck this shit i'm saving my money to go see it. Hell yes.
"Great Heavy!"
"I know, this is Scott."
