I think it's been in a dry dock for the past 90 years or so, it's a shame, I'd love to see it sailing.

Its how you practice a march so people aren't too concentrated on the music and practice how to march itself and learn marching signals. My original marching bad teacher made us walk around a building 50 times before he let us even touch music...
