For the past few days, I have been going to sleep about 2-3pm and waking up about 2am.
What do I do?
Stay awake as long as you can, go to sleep, rinse & repeat
Remain awake at those times.
Go to sleep later?
Go outside maybe when you feel tired or drink an energy drink.
Stay up untill 10-12pm then sleep untill about 8-10am the next day.
Try staying up until you would go to bed regularly, say 12AM. Set an alarm for yourself to wake up before 12 PM. It may take a couple days to get rearranged. But it should work.
Have a fap at about 22.00
It releases chemicals that make you sleepy
Re-fuck up your sleeping pattern. You might have a day that you feel like shit, but your pattern will be restored.
Stay awake for 24 hours + then go to bed at a reasonable time.
It's what I did.
The hardest thing to do is not think about how tired you are, if you ignore the fact you stayed up all night, it helps a whole lot. Do something to get your mind off of it, go hang out with friends and do some physical activities.
Stop eating 12 hours before the time you want to wake up, and as soon as you do wake up, eat some food. The time you eat will now be the new "daytime" for your body. It's supposed to work.
Are you sure you don't mean going to sleep at 2-3 [b]AM[/b] and waking up at 2-3 [b]PM[/b]?
Take 50mgs of diphenhydramine (an antihistamine) about an hour before you sleep. It will make you very sleepy, and it will feel like a natural sleepiness instead of an artificial one you get with other sleeping meds.
It also helps relax you mentally too. It's amazing.

My job involves a lot of travel. I just say "awwfuckit" and sleep whever the hell I want. It has been effecting my job performance, but w/e.
Stay up for like 28 hours and then fall asleep when its like 9/10 pm and wake up for 7/8 am then you should be alright.

This, it helped me adjust from my summer schedule of like 20 hours awake to my school schedule of 15 hours.

Drink some coffee, go to bed at 5, 6 or 7, and then keep going to bed later each day until you're at a normal sleep pattern.

I go to sleep at 11 PM and wake up at 7-8 AM.
