70% of the sounds used were from Source games. Or maybe they were just stock.
It was a great video too, and it DOES have good editing, must of used a lot of cardboard for this.

If the props don't have slides or blowback systems, they edit them in.

It's amazing what you can do with Adobe After Effects (assuming that's what they used, but that is the most powerful video editing software on the market currently).

They use Adobe After Effects.
The design of the mini-gun looked like that turret from Halo.
The editor(s) are quite clever. They even test out guns to see how they react and what they should look like when recorded.
