Wow, this is pretty fucking awesome.
The editing is absolutely fantastic.
Holy shit, that's some excellent editing.
I want cardboard that can do that :frown:
Well, the special effects were pretty awesome and convincing.
Good effects =/= good video
This is essentially like "Escape from City 17" on a lower budget, heh.
I would rate it "like" on Youtube, but as of writing this, it has 1337 "likes"
I don't want to break that.
That tank is actually pretty awesome.

You can't deny this was an awesome short.
70% of the sounds used were from Source games. Or maybe they were just stock.
It was a great video too, and it DOES have good editing, must of used a lot of cardboard for this.
I want those cardboard guns. AND THAT MOTHERFUCKING TANK HOLY SHIT
But what happened to the sniper?
Sniper was the same person as the minigun user.
I was wondering the same thing
I thought that was pretty amazing actually. Looks like they put a lot of work into that.
I wish I had after effects :saddowns:

If the props don't have slides or blowback systems, they edit them in.

It's amazing what you can do with Adobe After Effects (assuming that's what they used, but that is the most powerful video editing software on the market currently).
Sick editing.
Fucking epic video.
Why do all the bullet holes on the windshield and the front of the car dissapear?
Brb, making an Cardboard gun.

They use Adobe After Effects.
The design of the mini-gun looked like that turret from Halo.
The editor(s) are quite clever. They even test out guns to see how they react and what they should look like when recorded.

I'm still wondering how they did the blowback...
