Until I know that the campaign is more than 2 hours I am not buying this for 60 bucks.
sure looks mw2 in here
I was excited about BLOPS2 until they showed gameplay at E3. Seemed like another boring shooter, nothing exciting.
So Vortigaunts are now black generals?
I was excited about BLOPS2 until they showed gameplay at E3. Seemed like another boring shooter, nothing exciting.
they actually showed a bunch of new stuff too. There's a RTS-esque Gameplay mode where you can control any allied unit on the field and stuff.
There's a RTS-esque Gameplay mode where you can control any allied unit on the field and stuff.
And as far as I am familiar to the CoD series, it's the only new feature. And that's all.
Trent Fucking Reznor? Seriously? I just got a lot more excited for this. Why can't we just have a Treyarch only making these. [editline]10th July 2012[/editline]
And as far as I am familiar to the CoD series, it's the only new feature. And that's all.
And a much bigger zombie mode, and the first CoD set in an actual future, and branching story lines, and the multiplayer changes that they made which are actually going to change how the multiplayer plays.
looks like shit
I am really excited to see how this turns out. Treyarch has yet to disappoint me.
Trent fuckin' Reznor's composing it? Gentlemen, we're in for a ride.
It's cool that they got people like Trent Reznor on board and trying new things, but graphically, it looks pretty bad.
"The future is Black" really? fucking really?
It's cool that they got people like Trent Reznor on board and trying new things, but graphically, it looks pretty bad.
I really don't think graphics matter. And, Activision has been doing it's normal way of production, and forcing Treyarch to continue using the IW4 (iirc) engine.
Looks neat, might actually look forward to a CoD game.
wait...Trent reznor doing the soundtrack? im giving this game a chance for sure

With Reznor and Goyer involved, I have hope. Then I remember previous sqashed hopes for the other games. That kinda kills it.
It looks good, I hated MW2-3 Loved Black Ops 1. I'm almost excited. I'll wait until after release to buy it though. I commented on the trailer on youtube that MW 2-3 sucked, and people actually agreed with me. I have not got a reply yet with someone disagreeing. Some of you may known him from taking over as the Vortigaunts in Episode 2. He also played Worf's brother in Star Trek.
Youtube still has the same layout in 2025?
Not made by the same Developer. Black Ops 1 was actually good.
I know that the previous games besides Black Ops weren't made by Treyarch. The bad memories still stand. And Black Ops being "good" is subjective. To me It was better, but still just okay. Though that's just my opinion.
Black Ops 2 actually looks great.
That's exactly what people said about mw2
That's exactly what people said about mw2
Yeah, because that was before CoD went bad.
they actually showed a bunch of new stuff too. There's a RTS-esque Gameplay mode where you can control any allied unit on the field and stuff.
And yet it's likely we'll see it in the game maybe once or twice and it will be a let down. Such is the curse of Call of Duty.
Here's the RTS gameplay that Wii60 was talking about, for those who haven't seen it.
Here's the RTS gameplay that Wii60 was talking about, for those who haven't seen it.
I don't think they're ever going to make a new model for the red dot sight. :v:
And as far as I am familiar to the CoD series, it's the only new feature. And that's all.
Yeah, because Episode 1 and 2 are so different from Half-Life 2.
MW3 sucked big in my opinion, I hope this makes up for it.
Yeah, because Episode 1 and 2 are so different from Half-Life 2.
"Episode"
I don't think they're ever going to make a new model for the red dot sight. :v:
Eh, not much you can change with a red-dot. I preferred Black Ops' Red Dots better though
