value is controlled by De Beers, I'm told by chemists they arn't all that rare and the market value is jacked up artificially.
I should look into white papers on what the fringe is on diamond microchips.

This, the diamond he grew was an industrial grade diamond too. Incredibly useful, but not what you'd get out of the ground.
