Hey everyone. I'm having an argument with my friend and we're trying to prove which of our videos is better. If you want, feel free to leave the positives and negatives. Also note that our topics for the argument is which is more eventful/funny.

Both of your videos are long, boring, and unsegmented LP's with both of you incoherently mumbling to yourselves thinking that what you're doing is funny.
There is absolutely nothing special about either of your videos, and everything you're going to get regarding feedback is negative from here. There's no point in you continuing to ask for comments so you can prove to your friend that you're a sliver more special than him, so you might as well just stop.

Thank you. I accept your criticism and I know that our videos are shit. If you have any ideas of how to improve our future releases, I'd be glad to take them into consideration.

Okay. Can you give me an idea of what you find boring and what things should be done to make the videos more appealing? (E.g. Better transitions, footage, effects, etc.)

Try to only include funny moments, if someone wanted to see the boring stuff they would just play the game.

I'll keep that in mind. I know that I try my best to only include highlights in my videos but a couple of others included in the channel tend to include the background of the story then the pun.

To put into perspective: there's usually 2 types of self advertising that happen here at Facepunch. There's those that bring something new and interesting to the table, with no need to explain themselves as they know they're doing something new, or at least, relatively new.
Then there's posting videos that have already been done a million times before, with some sort of qualifying explanation or excuse in an attempt to excuse the laziness of hopping on to a bandwagon with a short shelf life.
Guess which category you fall into?

Obviously the second one. I'm not blind to the world and I acknowledge that we're not doing anything new. Me and my friends are just playing games and posting our highlights. If you like it then that's good, if not then there's still not much harm done. If you wish you can tell me if there's anyway we can make videos not be dumb while still doing what we're doing.

I'm sure my hint was too vague, but you literally need to do something new. Let's Plays are, to be honest, an entertainment idea that is slowly closing off its opening due to people(like you) making boring commentary and doing nothing that actually attracts a viewer.
If you're INTENT on let's plays, then think about what you can do to spice things up. Don't ask the fucking world what they think you should do. You are the creator, and they are the viewers. It's your choice of innovation.
Take a look at Vinesauce, for example. They popularized their gaming streams from a majority of things: exploring the world of bad Unity games(Aka, the "egglike genre", as vinny calls it), and especially the corruptions of previous games. They found a way to bring something relatively new to an audience that got tired of average streams.
You literally have nothing new to show. I can't begin to comment without saying "scrap everything you've done in these videos". If you continue to post here with the same old shit, you'll get the same reaction you got in this thread.
The space program is worse because you're trying to spin the screen like its crashing. Then you stop because you can't keep your mouse constant and spin till it crashes.

Seriously though, they are uninteresting, uninspired, stale, boring and badly edited. Literally nothing would make anyone go past the 10 second mark.
