This is kind of an odd video. I didn't really see Dunkey as the sort of person who would use people's own content to insult them or flat out call someone a "douchebag pedophile asshole" (regardless of their status as a douchebag pedophile asshole).

He was trying to join a minecraft network with some famous LPers (skydoesminecraft, etc) but his background check failed. Turned out over a decade ago he got arrested following private investigator looking into him texting a 14 year old girl some supposedly questionable stuff. He managed to avoid jail by pure luck. This info somehow got out (it was meant to be a private matter) and then things went south fast.
he made a video screaming about how he's going to quit the internet (only to upload another LP a few hours later) and that he's not a bad person. Then his girlfriend left him.

Dunkey is the best because he knows he's not trying to be someone else to please a community, he's just being his own jerkwad self, and I think the genuine actions he has in his videos make them so enjoyable to watch for me.

No offence guys but if you think markiplier or jacksepticeye are the same as pewdiepie, or if you think jacksepticeye is like markiplier, you haven't really been watching them. They all have their own personalities and quirks and whatnot. Only thing in common really is the way they record and edit their videos.

They may have different personalities and quirks but they're all follow the same formula. They play a game that's usually gory, scary or has some form of shock value to it, slap facecam on it and scream profusely while making faces.
If you don't like one of them chances are you're not gonna like any of them.
I don't watch PewDiePie's videos and I think his on-screen persona is annoying but he seems like a pretty decent guy in reality

i've only seen a few of their videos, and I probably won't ever watch any more since it's not my cup of tea, but I'm sure they (Markiplier and PewDiePie, don't really care or notice the rest) are really decent and nice guys in real life. that doesn't change their content being formulaic, derivative and not all that great. I mean, you can be the nicest and most friendliest guy in the world but that doesn't mean everything you'll produce will be good aswell.
then again, i'm not quite certain we're their target audience or who they're aiming to please.
