Misleading thread title. It's only 58.8 metres
Insane! it wouldn't take too much of a mis-launch to end up outside that landing pool
Why was he all wobbly after? Equilibrium messed up with the pressure?

Dude jumped nearly 200 feet into a pool of water my guess is that shit HURTS.
To compare it to something, it's about 45 feet under the height of the Golden Gate Bridge and most people die from impact trauma when they jump from there but then again I doubt they reduce the size of themselves before impact since it's mostly suicide.
What's even the maximum height that you can jump into water assuming you land correctly like this guy?
When I was a kid I was always told that if you ever jumped into water from too high you'd hit the water and plunge so deep you'd drown before reaching the surface. :v:

The Golden Gate is actually 67 meters so almost 10m higher than this jump, I did some research and that would be around an extra 10 Km/h added onto the impact speed, so probably survivable though I doubt you'd walk away from it.
It was lethally big range for a jump into water, the only reason this went okay is, afaik, the waterfall disrupting water's surface.

Yeah, and destroyed his legs/arse no thx.

That doesn't really make a difference, it's been tested. Not a water fall of this size anyway
