Cancer and heart problems are the leading causes of death (around 50% combined) so it's likely that you'll catch one of the two during your lifetime.
My father already had 2 heart attacks. From what he describes it, it is a horrible feeling of helplessness.

What's worse than that is having a heart attack leaves scar tissue on your heart, which further increases the likelihood of having heart attacks in your life. The scar tissue also makes it harder for a person to exercise, as you have to work around it (since your heart is weaker and more susceptible to going through another attack).
It sucks.

Go on the youtube video and look at the comments, he has been posting about it and answering questions.
Respect for those guys who basically saw there mate have a heart attack and kept there cool the whole way through.
