That's because it is. They're both black belts and they're in a martial arts class. This wouldn't happen by accident. Not to mention there is no real impact except when hitting the floor and that's what the mats are there for.
Oh and to top it off, if you go onto the video on YouTube and look at the video description they even say it was choreographed, which is handy.
