9/11 was an inside joke
He's 48 tomorrow.
Tell him happy birthday from me! Also tell him I said he looks great in those new trousers...
And now a tribute from Ecuadorian singer Delfin Quishpe. The sad thing is that the guy means well, making the song to mourn a girlfriend he lost at the World Trade Center, and the lyrics match that. But he just HAD to choose techno music and use cheap greenscreen to project himself over the news/eyewitness footage of the attack.
"whoa shit look at that cloud of smoke coming right at me, i better open my door cause its hot in here"
My birthday :3

goku what have yuo done.... How Could This Happen In America [SHOCKING] {OMG (DARK)}
I was laughing while watching the videos in this thread. That is until I finished scrolling and I remembered all the people that died... now I feel terrible
I never got the 9/11 is funny fad, I am not saying you can not joke about tragic things but making it where the tragedy itself is the punchline seems immature and a bit sick. So I may get boxs, but thousands of innocent people died, while I think we should be moving on, I know people who lost family/friends in the attack and I think this is kind of disgusting behavior. I suggest you guys read some of the first hand accounts, the "photos that shook the world" thread has some (Including the one below which is relatively tame). While they are graphic they serve as a reminder that you guys are getting your kicks at footage of thousands of lives being lost.
There was a lot of bad shit to see that day. Some people made it down the stairs from areas that had caught fire, and the only way to describe it is the skin melted, and had come off like a glove. They were in agony, yet they still stayed focused enough to tell first responders where they had come from, and if anyone else was up there or not. Some people that had been outside, quite aways from the North Tower where hit by glass and metal and were bloody from head to toe. They were walking around as if they were in a daze. I guess they were in shock. Glass continuously fell from the upper floors of both towers, from people breaking them for air, and glass in the frames of windows above and around the impact got hot and shattered. You could see it and hear it hit the ground around the towers. A man said his friend had a piece of glass fall on him, and it was still hot enough to leave a 3rd degree burn on the back part of his neck. I don't doubt that either, there was shit all over the plaza burning, plane seats, clothes, all kinds of debris. It looked like a body or two was burning as well. I remember looking towards the Northeast corner in the North Tower, just outside the windows on the concrete. There was what was left of tan colored kakis, and a light blue long sleeved dress shirt. After you looked at it for a second, you could see that there was part of someone still in them. The clothes were tattered and ripped up, but you could still tell what they were. You could see a shoe every now and then that still had a foot inside of it. One sight that was strange to see, and took a minute to realize what it was, was an upside down jawbone that had a couple of teeth still in it. It had some of the skin still covering it, but was upside down. You could tell it was human by looking at it, but then it set in what it was. The thing was, there were so many parts scattered out all over the place, you could not tell what belonged to who. Even if the towers had not collapsed, it would have taken a long time to gather the parts and try to figure out what went where, and with whom it belonged to.

Can't wait for those lil fucks on twitter to go like 'OMFG IS 9/11 REAL OMFG I THOUGHT IT WAS A MOVIE' like they did about the titanic.
Except for the fact that Titanic grossed $530,509,295 more than World Trade Center. But it is an interesting thought that there many children don't really know about the Twin Towers. EDIT: I know the FP audience skews young so many of the people posting here are joking about something that happened when they were little.
I never got the 9/11 is funny fad, I am not saying you can not joke about tragic things but making it where the tragedy itself is the punchline seems immature and a bit sick.
but the tragedy itself isnt the punchline in any of them.
After I saw the video about people jumping, the one where you can see people fall on metal structures at the base of the tower -creating a disturbing sound and liquid human splatters everywhere, I too, am having a hard time laughing about 9/11. Everytime it is mentioned, I hear that sound in my head.

I remember the video this audio is from. It's some Asian guy driving past a wreck or something. I feel so bad for laughing. Here's the video where the audio's from:
9/11 is my Dad's birthday.
my Mom's birthday is tomorrow aswell!
He's 48 tomorrow.
shiiiiet, she turns 48 aswell.
I got pissed off that smoke and dust came into my apartment on 9/11
but the tragedy itself isnt the punchline in any of them.
Well I just really don't see any humor in the video, some people may and they have that right. But while you may not think it is so in this case, too many people are making the whole thing out to be a joke.
I know the FP audience skews young so many of the people posting here are joking about something that happened when they were little.
I think this is part of it, I was relatively young when it happened, so for a few years it really did not sink in. I knew it was bad but other than seeing some still pictures and a talk in our class, I never really knew how bad it really was. After talking to some people who had family/friends either in the tower or that witnessed it, and reading/watching first hand accounts it really opened my eyes.

But I think the US needs to get over 9/11. It's been 11 years, move on already.
I got pissed off that smoke and dust came into my apartment on 9/11
Do you have any pictures/vids of yours (if you took any) that you can share since you were there?
The holocaust is made fun of in LMAO pics all the time, and millions of lives were lost there. But I think the US needs to get over 9/11. The point is there are thousands of people still suffering because of 9/11, to start cracking jokes on\right before the anniversary is just in bad taste.
Why does it make it in bad taste? It's just as 'vulgar' as any other day of the year. I don't see a point in people being angry about it,they need to just see it, shake their head in disgust or whatever, and move along.
