It's really disgusting how these people can just go and take away your child from you. His wife went and started giving his daughter some sort of drug that wasn't approved by the FDA, and they wouldn't even tell him what it was. His daughter is only 7 and he was concerned because this drug was made for adult schizophrenics. Meanwhile, these bastards are railing him for being concerned about this and talking to her about it, and taking his daughter out to eat at a fast food place a couple times over a period of 3 months? They treat him as though he committed a crime, and talk down to him and interrupt him constantly, then take away his child. Fucking horrible. The way mothers are always seen as right in the eyes of the law makes me so angry, I swear. I've dealt with, and am currently dealing, with the same exact problem, and I feel so sorry for the abuse my father has to put up with while my mom basically gets away with anything. I'm fortunate enough to be old enough to be able to choose to stay with my father, but my brother has no choice but to spend 5 days a week living in her house, where he's basically being brainwashed by her. People like this are goddamn disgusting, plain and simple. If you think you have the right to take away the children of some person you barely know or have never met, with no substantial evidence of abuse, neglect or other mistreatment, you are scum. I'd say you're human scum, but that'd be an insult to humanity itself. I'd say people like this should go die in a fire, but I feel rotting in a prison would be more agonizing.

The thumbnail is enough to make me upset given the context. If the drug claims are true, that should be enough to ban the woman from custody. Instead, she gets full controls, hides the child away from the father; all while the CPS basically insults the man's parenting. I don't think I would be able to handle it in his shoes.

This is a perfect example of how a system designed for good things, to protect children from bad parents and to make sure they grow up in a healthy environment, is abused and perverted and taken advantage of. Because now, CPS has created a case of abuse that [I]they themselves[/I] fueled. Whats more fucked up is now, with CPS out of the case, its gotten [I]worse.[/I] On top of that, the courts are biased against the father, despite absurd levels of evidence that the [I]mother[/I] is the detrimental factor here. Best part? While assfuck mom is force feeding unapproved adult level mental suppressants to her daughter, she's suffering permanent side affects that you can bet your ass mom is blaming on dad. And all of this goes on while children who are in worse situations are ignored again and again and again until the effects on their minds are so great that its simply irreversible. And then the cycle continues.

As much as this lady is terrible and stupid and everything bad, I don't get why facepunch attaches a physical hatred to people they hate sure shes big but that has nothing to do with her being terrible, even if she was beautiful she would still be trash just immature in my opinion, attacking people's physical traits regardless how terrible they are.

CPS is a pretty horrid system. I was going to do CPS investigator myself, but I realized i would end up just hating the world and people over all. The requirements for a CPS investigator are not a lot, so most people with degrees who get this job and never had any type of law enforcement job (lack basic interviewing skills, investigative skills, etc) end up like this lady. There are a lot of professionals, but the point is you look at facts and what is best for the child. It isn't the job of the investigator to judge the parents/guardians or take sides. You can't get caught up or hung up on stupid shit. You HAVE to puts egos aside, personal thoughts a side. I couldn't watch the whole video because half way though I realized what this lady was about. She seems more interested in attacking the father then actually addressing issues that are being brought up. All her actions do is build more resentment for a already broken system and just discourages being open and honest.

I agree with the fact that he shouldn't be so transparent with his daughter about his weight concerns, but he is completely justified in the rest.

I think she's right, he doesn't need to know about the medication. The doctor who is prescribing it knows best and is never wrong. The internet can't always be trusted either, especially the Wikipedia, so since he is neither a doctor or of similar profession, he can't be trusted and the information on the internet isn't officially certified, so that can't be trusted either.

Has any legal action been taken? If not, why?
