I might watch it, but it already rubbed me the wrong way. Maybe it'll be like Silicon Valley for me which looked stupid so I didn't watch it until someone else told me to, then I loved it.

This doesn't fit the tone of the superheroes at all. Not even as a bizarre alternate universe sort of thing.
Batman mythos is based on his lack of family and how lonely he is.
Making up a character that's Bruce Waynes Cousin as a main plotline sums up how lacking and disconnected this is as a basic idea.
Sounds like something you'd come up with at a board meeting in a rush.
