she sounds pretty good as that asari doctor. not the biggest fan of her acting but she's doing a good enough job here. voice acting tends to be the one thing bioware usually get right

Maybe we're just so used to having the women characters look like supermodels. There's nothing wrong with looking average or not having very defined and sculpted features.

They don't look average, they look technologically wrong. And in case of Sera, she not only looks unnaturally ugly, she is also annoying so the ugliness is multiplied.
At the end of the day I don't want to play as average people, I already do that every day from the moment I wake up.

an attractive person who is uncharismatic is somewhat worth hanging out with. an ugly person with no charisma is dreadful to be near. id rather take handsome or attractive companions with little substance to ugly companions with little substance. or attractive and well written, which itself is rare.
