As you can see from this collection of compelling evidence, they are quite obviously the same person.

The author of the video has this to say:

Obviously Gaga has some plaster of Paris makeup and makeup artists on hand, but I dont think she's covering up all of those tattoos. Amy Winehouse wasn't in the public eye very much, maybe her's were fake or *henna* tattoos... maybe IT had IT's skin grafted? idk and idc. But aside from being affirmative body-double + look-alike matches - they both were/are weird about being seen in public without makeup and mandatory wig. These are disguises, folks.

Gaga - I can't find a picture of her without makeup, to say the least. How cute of her to make it trendy to completely dress up like a drag queen from the underbelly of a futuristic shit city made of feces, blood and bad pop music. She thinks its cute. She thinks its also cute to cover ONE of her eyes in every picture taken of her - why? Because we all know that is an Illuminati symbol, with a history in pop culture long before GaGa ever showed up. We get it. You're illuminati. Oohhh so cool. Go chop yer dick off and bleed out, Mr. GaGa.

Why am I so bitter @ IT? I dont ever actively distest anyone, even with IT I just choose not to give IT my time of day via thought. But when someone is actively trying to make you distest them, you have every right to do so. But here's the ultimate thing that made me want to blow her up:
