Only in America are we allowed to walk out onto beaches, flooded streets, and rooftops in the middle of a hurricane and not have people wonder why we're not inside.
Rain or shine, snow or sleet, typhoons or tsunamis, we deliver your news!
That's hilarious.
I feel really sorry for her. [editline]21st August 2012[/editline] Fuck I tried to rate friendly but I did useful.
Then a piece of tin comes flying at her.
This reminds me of a story my dad told me. He went down to Jamaica after the hurricane to get some shots and stories in for the news. He met up with another crew that was there when the storm was happening and they went up a mountain or something and tied themselves to the trees to get video of the hurricane coming in and sweeping near the city. On-topic: Without a mic she must have been yelling quite loudly, or had a mic under that coat.
Would it of just been better to go on a balcony or a doorway of some sort so that she could at least have some dignity. Fucking hard day at work for her.
Wow real fucking secure. A rope tied to another person 8ft away.
Tie a kite to your back (I've done this before) and fly away 'cause your people need you.
