An officer attempted to stop the driver on the southbound Golden State (5) Freeway near the Grapevine about 2 p.m., said CHP Officer Krystal Carter. She got off the freeway in Valencia, drove around, then got back on the 5 and continued south on to the Hollywood (170) Freeway.
