three years too late
I am so glad that Angry Birds died. It was absolutely everywhere. I'll commend it for lasting surprisingly long for being in the first wave of touch-screen mobile phone games.
This looks like another movie with Angry Birds tacked on. [editline]23rd September 2015[/editline] Heck judging by the setting I wouldn't be surprised if this was going to be Surfs' Up 2.
Didn't angry birds stop being relevant a year ago? This is like releasing a flappy bird movie 3 years from now.
Looks pretty good quality-wise, but still waaaay too late to be relevant.
Rio 3 is looking pretty good.
Didn't angry birds stop being relevant a year ago? This is like releasing a flappy bird movie 3 years from now.
i got tired of angry birds in 2011
despite being soulless and hacky, gotta say the art direction is quite lovely i like the way they blend the 2d animation style into 3d - you can tell by looking at shots of the beak how the models get tweaked to best suit the angle that they're shooting from to emulate an old school look
Holy shit those jokes were shit, 0:30 was the only point i smirked. But ye, few years late mate.
It's SO UNDERWHELMING.
I can't wait a movie based on Clash of clans. OH god i say that as a joke but holy fuck that's totally going to happen, isn't it?
I'm waiting for plants vs zombies: the movie
I can't wait for a Temple Run movie to come out soon!
I'm waiting for plants vs zombies: the movie
If they make it grimdark enough it might actually be good :v:
Don't forget, they're making a Sonic movie as well. Which is also gonna be in theaters next summer too.
Summer 2016? Way toooooooo late. "And Peter Dinklage" - what's with him getting into really shitty movies recently? First Pixels and now this?
the dude probably just likes acting. just look at how stacked his IMDB page is.
the dude probably just likes acting. just look at how stacked his IMDB page is.
The movie might suck but there is almost no doubt that millions will watch the movie anyway purely because it is a known brand. Meaning that it will fetch lots of money for Peter.
Sad to say, angry bird promos for there updates to the game usually had amazing animations, but I guess it was easy to do cause the birds were basically round balls.
Except for the bomb bird, it literally just looks like a typical family movie with the birds kind of awkwardly thrown in. Not really sure how to feel about that.
How do you put out an angry birds movie trailer without a single frame with a slingshot in it Its literally the entire game
Sad to say, angry bird promos for there updates to the game usually had amazing animations, but I guess it was easy to do cause the birds were basically round balls.
Easier to pull off yeah, but you still need a mind for animation to make it look good.
meh, don't see anything wrong with this. Millions of people love angry birds and this doesn't look like completely the worse thing ever.
This... doesn't look nearly as bad as I expected it to.
meh, don't see anything wrong with this. Millions of people love angry birds and this doesn't look like completely the worse thing ever.
Imagining it as a movie by itself (pretending Angry Birds was never a thing) makes it actually seem... kind of amusing?
well, looks to have a lot more effort than the Grump Cat Movie :v:
The fight to stay relevant.
"And Peter Dinklage" - what's with him getting into really shitty movies recently? First Pixels and now this?
Don't worry, he's only lending his voice, I assume he will be replaced by Nolan North half way through.
I'll probably give this a shot simply because the animation and art looks great. Not expecting anything revolutionary story-wise though. :v:
