Yep. I have read an article that was made shortly after Witcher 3 was released where employees complained about the chaotic structure inside. Crunch Times are inevitable for game development which means that CD Projekt also has many people who can't take time for vacation or family. But additionally the article pointed out that the company has too many old veterans inside that they don't dare to fire or put somewhere else out of respect despite them doing sometimes a bad job and at the same time they give responsible positions like managers to [I]very[/I] young people who are not experienced enough for those positions, leading to many chaotic moments and times that could have been prevented.

Agreed. I'm just hoping that they'll start going downhill after they release Cyberpunk (if they ever do).
Fuck, it's the like the only game that I'm hyped for besides Destiny 2.
