Actually it's a good pose to quickly gain boost. A boost only though, not running 5 miles like that.

What I hate is that half the time he's doing legitimate Parkour, but he throws in some bullshit Naruto/ninja wanna be crap that makes him look like a tool.
These videos always make me excited and make me want to freerun.
