the petition is silly and honestly i don't have the time to dedicate my anger over a game that may or may not be good. even if at heart at agree it doesn't deserve to be called metroid
i'll just keep doing what i've done since corruption,wait for an actual metroid game. it's been what 7 or 8 years since that game? i've survived the way most nintendo fans of their neglected franchises have survived.
I agree with what they do to Other M fans.
The game does look bad but I doubt this is effecting a real metroid game being made, they're probably saving it for the NX.
I'm more pissed about Animal Crossing, I don't want Animal Crossing: Mario Party. Mario Party 10 just came out a few months ago.
The Treehouse gameplay looked decent, but Nintendo hyped everyone up for a non-announcement.
Could you imagine if Bethesda released the Fallout mobile game without talking about Fallout 4? That's what the Federation Force reveal felt like.

I need more Metroid. Last good game was Metroid Prime 3, and even that wasn't as good as the first two.
Can we have a non awful sequel to Metroid Fusion?

Exactly. It's being developed by Next Level Games. It's just a spinoff being made by a developer that isn't tied to the main series. People are overreacting.
And personally, I have hopes for it being good. Next Level does good work, and Luigi's Mansion 2 was good. Games can change a lot from initial E3 to release. We just have to wait and see.
