Freda and Michael Hagar[/quote]
CREEK COUNTY – A Mannford mother charged with three counts of child neglect now faces three more charges.
In addition to the original charges, Freda Hagar is now charged with one count of possession of controlled substance, one count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and one count of maintaining a place for keeping/selling controlled substances, court records show.
Freda Hagar was arrested in March just days after her husband, Michael Hagar, was arrested after police said he used his three sons to help manufacture meth.
Court records show Freda Hagar pled not guilty to the charges on Friday, April 27, 2011. A preliminary court date is set for May 27, 2011. She remains free on bond.
Michael Hagar is charged with several counts, including child endangerment and possession of meth.
Court records show he waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday. He remains in custody and is expected to be arraigned on June 1, 2011.[/release]
"Hey kids! Wanna come down to the basement and help me make some meth?"
"Sure, dad! :D"
More bad parenting ? Wow, what is wrong with people these days
Oh please, they're simply allowing their child to further his chemistry and entrepreneurial abilities!
Just because they want the best for their child, I don't think they should be demonized because they take unconventional methods
Also, I love how in the US they post the mugshots. Always :v:
$50 say the kids grow to be chemists.
Bad parenting or getting them into science early?
It was bring your child to work day.
Wait, if they were 'letting kids help make meth', why weren't they charged with manufacture of a controlled substance, instead of just possession?
Try harder DA.

Ah, nevermind, that was in additional to the original charges which may have included manufacture.
Oklahoma sure does breed winners.
Did they get to lick the spoon?

Trust me. Unless they miraculously get adopted or something. From what I read, I don't know how old they are.
I love Oklahoma, one time my neighbor turned out to have a meth lab and his house exploded! :buddy:

Good thing I don't live there anymore :v:
see kids science is fun
I don't understand... Why is giving them meth bad parenting??
:v:
I think I saw that man in some TV program where he let his kids try meth or something... Could be a man just looking like him, though.
Their teaching them chemistry! That isn't bad!
Those mugshots. They should know better, the product is for the customer.
Maybe the guy was trying to teach his kids that science rules!
When I was a kid, I learned to keep my mouth shut helping my parents make meth.
How old were the kids?
