Innagadadavida made the breakdown of the editing pretty entertaining in its own right. No wonder Dub of the North Star has such great writing.
I'll fully admit I don't get this one at all.
I mean I understand Death Note but did Cell blow him up or what was with the super imposed face or what.

Pretty sure it was Cell. The face was William Dafoe who is voicing said character in a live action adaptation later this year. Just a funny nod.
Guess he's allowed to kill him since he dies at the end of the series.

He tried killing cell with a heart attack, but Cell has more than one heart apparently

I believe the reason for this is that the rules of the Death Note state that "The [I]human[/I] whose name is written in this note shall die." Cell isn't just human.
Also, nice touch with it being almost 40 seconds between writing and heart attack.
