If you look at some of their movement it is EXACTLY the same with no variation and you can almost tell when the movement/animation on the person is being looped. Thats my speculation on it

if you actually pay attention you'll notice that there's really only two men that seem to have many identical clones... a balding man with glasses and a younger man with short hair. this is a special technique used in still footage whereby the two men film themselves in various positions (while the camera is left alone), then the footage is superimposed over each take so that the end result looks like many dozens of men as opposed to just two.
