Morphvox? I think it just takes your mic input, and then mods it. Then the game (output) gets the result. It doesn't hook any dll's or anything.
Well, I'll be honest. I didn't find the video that funny. He didn't sound exactly like Optimus, some of the comebacks were pretty weak and I was surprised how the little kid swore. Kinda sad really.
