It's not hard getting a care package in less than 20 seconds. That's 1 kill every 5 seconds if you can do math.

Fun Fact: the actual gameplay in the video is really 1 minute. So, the guy got the care package in roughly 40 seconds. Which, unsurprisingly is not hard at all.
