lmfao what the hell was that propboost in the beginning
These guys play the game better UPSIDE DOWN than I can play it normally. I'm both impressed and slightly saddened.
he'll lose when he gets to surface tension

Surface tension has a shitload of displacements, it's possible he can lodge onto them like he did at 15:20 (they provide a good slew of movement bugs in general).
I find this fascinating because it's almost like somethings are there JUST so he can pull off certain stuff.
Part 1:

Holy fuck that rocket jump.

I'm guessing he's done the whole run before.

Technically those are brushes, not displacements. Principle is still the same though
ED: why the dumbs? I was under the impression Displacements were added in source, and Goldsrc had only brush geometry
Don't try to navigate anywhere you know after watching this if you are incredibly familiar with Half-Life. It gives an incredible sense of vertigo.
That glitch with the rocket. What.

its an exploit with +use, you can use bind to obtain different speeds but basically all you need to do a bind for it is to strafe and press the key on an object.

no i know what it is, im just wondering how the fuck he knew where that pipe went
It just baffles me, that this done through JUST console commands. (The whole upside down thing).
I get the feeling there has been some minor modifications to some of the levels to make them possible, plus some minor cheats, like the freezer section not passively hurting him.

Could be because he is on the ceiling. The radioactive waste didnt hurt him either.
I get the feeling if he reversed everything (mirrored the screen and flipped A and D and mouse horizonally) it'd really mess with him :v:

Gravity is negative, his camera is at his feet instead of his head (you can see this when he sprays), and he has a mod that lets him jump with his head. They didn't change the map because they got stuck at the end of part 1.

The freezer section only drains your armor ( I believe trigger_hurt damage set to 1 only damages armor)
