most speed runners have ticks that let them not sit still. It is pretty damn obnoxious to watch them wait.
Or he could be keeping track of the time with how many jumps around the room he does...
It being tool assisted makes this...less impressive, yeah he had a lot of good movements, but it means little when he needed a tool to do it as fast as he did.
He jumps around the room to gain speed, duh.
Used slowmotion and scripts, but it's still very fun to watch.

Takes practice but not too hard. There are plenty of guides about it.
Zhm, circling is necessary to not lose the flow and to time it right.
I love how half af the time he did the thing he was told to do twice and still managed to walk into the door just as it was opened enough for him to go through, like all those 'jump over these pipe' parts :v:.

I think It's a glitch with the elevator. If you're not inside when it's turned on, you get teleported.
