i think it's just a little bit of everything at this point
Adam's speeches are always something to behold and ponder upon, his Failure speech was quite reflective imo.
My HS English teacher had a strong notion of "Education is not just utility, but generating a culture within you.". I believe there is an important truth to that that is reflected in Adam's speech (And wish more teachers/professors were like that).
Never saw Adam in a suit before. I'm used to seeing him in a crappy Indy fedora and some casual work clothes. Fucker cleans up nice.

He looks good in whatever he wears, I think it has more of the influence of the person in the clothes ...
Everybody I know only knows him from Mythbusters, but he's actually a LOT smarter than you'd think based on that 'backyard science' as it's often regarded.

Pretty much all of the Mythbusters are pretty smart imo.
