Wonder if we'll get a scene of someone getting launched out of a window from a bazooka... Could be at least fun if the movie doesn't take itself seriously.
I expect this to be compared to John Wick and I hope it has the action scenes for the comparisons to be favorable

Endless Trash. [sp]Why am i convinced it will actually be good at least?[/sp]
For a second I thought this was going to be a remake of Blood Debts and got really excited Doesn't help they're both on Best of the Worst.
I guess Eli Roth loves shitty remake cash-ins more than anything. Green Inferno should have taught everyone to avoid this hack.
Fuck Eli Roth.
ENDLESS TRRRAASSSHHHH not even death wish is safe.
Is this a remake of the Charles Bronsen movie?

What do we do?" "Um...have no ending?"
Man, I loved the originals. They we're just about Charles Bronson walking around and constantly getting attacked by thugs and increasing his arsenal each time. In this scene, he gets mugged by Bruce Springsteen and Frank Zappa. Also, after a while he just kills everyone. i almost want this. When Bruce says "your last customer" an shoots the icecream man, he almost sounds like Charles Bronsen
This is the wrong fucking tone for a Death Wish remake. It's not supposed to be some noble, heroic deed. Him becoming a vigilante is supposed to be violent and dirty and immoral.
is there going to be a scene where bruce willis buys a cheap car and deliberately parks it in a bad neighborhood to lure people into breaking into it so he can kill them [editline]4th August 2017[/editline] or another scene where the entire neighborhood breaks out the machine guns and start murdering a horde of gangsters from their windows
I'm guessing the whole movie is just going to be like this
ENDLESS TRRRAASSSHHHH not even death wish is safe.
Death Wish wasn't even safe from itself. Not exactly a high class movie series.

fuck you it's forever
This is the wrong fucking tone for a Death Wish remake. It's not supposed to be some noble, heroic deed. Him becoming a vigilante is supposed to be violent and dirty and immoral.
Its not just that, the biggest part of the films story was Kersey didn't want to do this and was very much driven crazy by his wifes death and daughters rape. It might have just been me, but when I watched Death Wish and saw Kersey going out for the first time with his pistol It looked to me like he did't want to do this and was practically going out for a walk at night with the gun to prove to himself that nothing would happen. Even when he shoots the thug who aims a gun at him, the semi blank almost helpless look on his face before he pulls the trigger implied to me that he still didn't want to pull that trigger. Pauls trauma over what happens to his family puts him on this suicidal mission to just go out and kill muggers and thugs, not to mention him going out and killing them is almost like he's using it as therapy for his loss. Paul is a sane man who snaps and becomes a psychopath as a result, its the cycle of violence repeating itself and even if its a good man who does it the cycle will continue on . This makes it look more like he was already an angry guy who just snapped and goes out killing for whatever. Could just be the trailer though, but this looks more like Death Wish 3.
This looks like garbage
As long as we get a remake of this too, I'll be happy.

Also, if they don't include this scene, it's not worth the price of admission
