I'm pretty sure this is not a prison. It looks more like a social service institute, and we have a lot of those here. Maybe this one is centered around housing low-risk criminals or something.

In the kid-jails (sorta) they also have Playstations and stuff, most of the time mobiles (guards know about it, don't do shit), they all have access to drugs and shit.. It's just all bullshit here.

Its genius, why shouldn't the prisoners be left to their own devices to fix their problems, I mean its worked out so far right? I hope that we can overhaul the broken healthcare system with the same mindset, it shouldn't be the hospital's responsibility to rehabilitate the patients. Sick people need to realize its their actions that got them into this situation, and only a good hard look in the mirror will cure their diseases.
