400 isn't a lot for a pre rendered demo physics demonstration

I actually did this one without any pre rendering demo and whatnot. I used Frap's no sync feature and host_framerate 30. Even though I had like 5fps the recording itself came out at 30fps solid. (Desynced audio though.) It's pretty fun to play around with.
Also, excuse the odd choice of music, I just took something randomly and I know that isn't the biggest bunch of npcs ever but remember that a lot of ragdolls rape your framerate no matter what. The ragdolls also had collision on which also affects things.

You seem to not get something. Playing the replay with host_framerate 30 and then catching it with Fraps is actually the said "Prerendering" (it's wrong term, but afaik it's frequently used that way)
