Hey look, another trailer

Was leaked earlier today, looks like Ubi just released it any wase.
Man I really want this to be as good as it looks. Because it looks fuckin great.
I must say this looked pretty good. Now here's hoping for decent optimization, compared to some of their titles *cough*Watch_Dogs*cough*Unity.
I can at least appreciate the use of (what appears to be) in-game footage. The graphics are pretty standard looking for a modern game imo, people will complain about a downgrade (I know, they already have)
I'm cautiously optimistic.
Graphics look much better (again), perhaps this was PC footage?
That "safehouse" where you connect with other people and pick who you want to maybe group with seems really neat. Seems like a really smart way to make group forming much more seamless.
Game looks really fun. Mixed with the alpha footage I've seen, it has a lot of potential.
Can't wait for the beta to happen (supposedly in the next week or two!)

It was recorded on Xbox One I believe. I'm not sure so feel free to take it with a grain of salt.
Siege was surprisingly good, so here's hoping for this, I guess.

Apparently they're much smaller hubs that try to get people to form groups. Kind of like the hunter's guild in Monster Hunter as opposed to Destiny's Tower.
And yeah looks good. Hoping it's good. But all the typos in the trailer threw me off so hard. Proofread your text god damn.
The shifting between tenses in the opening sounds really awkward.

Hot damn I agree, please be good; the pseudo MMO feel seems to be pulled off quite well in this game. And it's what I always wanted, fucking around in a huge open world city with friends and real enemies with a bunch of shit to do.
I'm just worried about the servers.. if they can't keep siege stable how are they going to keep this up and stable?
But fuck it looks sooo good.

This one doesn't seem as heavily reliant on servers for player movement and stuff like that since you're only going to be with like maybe 3 people normally in the regular areas. What it's like when you run into higher numbers in the dark zones though, that remains to be seen.

Isn't there AI to sync and shit though?

Yeah but the whole game is built around that so imagine the netcode on that should be pretty good. I don't remembering there being any server issues in Siege in terrorist hunt.
You have a point!
Fingers crossed then. Siege being a very decent game has my hopes up high for this title.
I feel bad for wanting this game to be good because deep down I can feel that ubisoft rot coming.
May I be proven wrong and a good game be born, but I am not hopeful - not after watch dogs.

iir the only -real- multiplayer area is the Dark Zone, everything else is pretty much, singleplayer with a few other people I believe, Dark Zone is the multiplayer specific area where you can team up, kill other players and go rogue, which is basically like betraying other agents. There is a reputation system in the dark zone which allow you to get special gear and stuff. Also they announced on the EU site that the 'safe houses' there are only 3, each one is to a specific tree which grants bonuses to that tree, like Medical,Security and I forgot I the other one.

That is good to hear, I was afraid it would be forced PVP everywhere
Fuck yeah. Massive are fucking great developers. They also made World in Conflict a few years ago.
I know what the VO said but i hope there isn't too much focus on multiplayer co-oping
I'd prefer to go through games like this alone if possible, kinda like metro 2033

Seems like it will definitely be possible to be a loner who kills anyone and everyone in dark zones and gets really good gear/weapons to the point that you could survive on your own. I imagine you'd just have to work harder to survive in dark zones (but I think you get marked as a double agent or something for however long when you kill other players)

I'm really liking those turrets and the modular looking shields
Why do I feel like the Dark Zone will be full of hackers.
I liked how everything looked scripted and thought out, but that one scene had one guy who didn't get the memo running through rather than walking
This better be as good as it looks. So far everyone who played it says it's pretty good. The one big complaint most people have is they want a flashlight. That's a good sign
