good save, I'm glad this didn't turn out for the worse
I know it's life or death, but how he kind of just ragdolls in makes me laugh a little
Love the description.
The supervisor yelled some obscenities in Chinese, '肏你妈的屄!', which literally mean 'fuck your mother's c*nt!'
is this taken from a military news channel or something? why is the anchorman wearing dress uniform
Wasn't there another video recently where the same thing happened? It was shot from above.
I think it was also Chinese.
He clearly wasnt taught the safety measures well enough.
When we threw hand grenades we had an entire day of learning safety measures
oh god what he told to him
How hard is it to throw a grenade?
How hard is it to throw a grenade?
Its about as hard as throwing any kind of small ball I assume. And if you can fuck up throwing a small ball, you can fuck up throwing a grenade.

You would think one would be more cautious trying to throw a grenade since, you know, it's a grenade.

This one from a few years ago.

This happened during a friends training, it got stuck on some guys sleeve, so the instructor could do nothing but have the guy put his arm around a brick wall corner.

Every dictatorship has a military-ran channel to casually mention how the glorious officers saved everyone's day and that everyone should trust them.
Good thing there are instructors there.
Those guys are instructed to fucking manhandle the shit out of you just to get you into the trench, even if it means bruising a bone or two.
This happened to my dad when he was in the Russian military. He pulled the pin on the grenade, and then right before throwing it turned around and decided to ask the officers in the trench behind him if he could wait a little while before throwing the grenade so that it would explode in mid-air like in the movies, completely forgetting that he was holding a live grenade in his hand. The officers thought that he was trying to take them down with him ala Full Metal Jacket and began begging him for mercy, when he finally realized that he was still holding it and threw it away they threw him in military jail for a few days :v:

Damn that's some quick and smart thinking on the instructors part.
It is confirmed, chinese army instructors have amazing grenade dodging abilities.
Weird thing is how little safety precautions there were. We threw the grenade from fenced box into a pit in front of it. and we were trained all day how to jump quickly over the reinforced fence incase grenade drops into the box. We also trained throwing grenades and how to use them several weeks before that using practice grenades.

Does anyone have the video of some chinese guy running alongside a bus and yelling at the driver?

How's the guy's hand?
How's the guy's hand?
Lighter.
How hard is it to throw a grenade?
I threw a grenade once. Those things can be pretty fucking slippery, as well as surprisingly heavy - it's pretty easy to misjudge your grip on it and basically have it roll out of your hand as you do the motion.
Aiming your throw is even worse. Maybe it didn't help that I was throwing it around while wearing a heavy-ass pair of old night vision goggles.

Banging, mate
How hard is it to throw a grenade?
Its made to be thrown like a baseball although it does take some practice. Luckily there are practice grenades which are the same exact size and weight but produce smoke and a flash instead. You'll qualify with these a lot before being even let close to a real one.

Gone I'd reckon.
I kinda wish we'd stayed with the stielhandgranate style of grenades, feels like you could get way more range and be way more precise with those.

Doesn't roll away too, only just in a tiny circle but in the same spot
When my Dad was in a Navy, he led a Seabee company, and he told me one day they were training with SEALs and they were practicing throwing grenades out of a trench, and a woman in his company missed the throw and the grenade bounced back into the trench. One of the SEALs threw it out in time. :v:
Speaking of grenades, had a joker passed both the practice grenade course and the assault course, which is basically having to throw grenade in prone, squating and standing position. He then proceeded on to the live one, and he was really serious about it. He was doing some sort of circular motion with the grenade, and scaring the shit out of everyone. Luckily he managed to throw the grenade and finished the course without blowing anyone up.
Throwing a grenade isn't hard, but you have to get it to fly over the wall and then you have to hide low behind the wall. If it hits the wall and bounces back or if it slips from your hand, then you have 3-4 seconds to get the grenade away, or move away from the grenade. If you're within 5 meters of it without cover, you and everyone next to you is dead. However, when people fuck up with the grenade, it leaves a big hole where there shouldn't be a hole.
