The next head? D.W.S. Who is the current head after D.W.S stepped down? Donna Brazile. You might recognize her as the one who leaked a debate question to Clinton ahead of time.
The DNC is becoming the British Labour party
The DNC is becoming the British Labour party
Unelectable, dead?
He definitely will not win, he is REALLY boring and doesn't get people excited at least from what I saw at the VP debates between him and Mike Pence. He's also not unique in any fashion so he might not even win over many of the voters that stuck with Hillary from the primaries this year either.
So they haven't learnt from the mistake that Hillary was and are completely willing to make the exact same one. I'd say your politics are fucked, but Labour are making the mistake of picking someone completely unelectable too. Politics is a complete fucking farce.
Fuck what the Democratic establishment wants. They're mistaken if they think people are going to support them while ignoring what their supporters want and it's going to result in another disaster just like this one. Their candidate is supposed to support the views of their constituency and not their political party's personal interests.
That's why we have to contact our local, state, and national democrat reps and tell them that Trump won because they sidestepped the political process and didn't run an honest primary. It's time to let progressives take charge, because politics-as-usual is NOT good enough. This Reddit thread has the contact info for almost every state. There is no excuse to not contact them and speak up. Can we just stop supporting either parties and start trying to give third parties and independents a chance? It's clear the the two party system has done nothing good for this country and both parties are now a lost cause.

In other words, you'll have to completely redo your election process from the ground up, and neither party wants that because they both know they're kept in power by the two party system.

If anything, Corbyn sits in with the anti-establishment mood we currently have, I mean the Labour "establishment" desperately tried to oust him while the people kept him in. At face value he can easily be seen as a progressive. Sure you can argue against that but I'm talking about his image not his actual policy. I just don't really get why people say he is completely unelectable. Seems like its the same attitude people had for Brexit and Trump. "Pffft what a joke, only morons are gonna vote for that, as if." If the tories choose another android to stand next election I can easily see him win.

I plan on getting to writing ASAP.
