I like how the dude playing CS:GO is playing it like CoD and just running forward while mindlessly shooting :v:

Well he has done CoD weapon stuff before so.

He normally goes CoD videos, that "running forward while mindlessly shooting" generally makes for good, if short, clips in Call of Duty style games, so it's just what he does when he's recording.
I'd love that guy to make a channel making just these kinds of videos.
These videos are so useful for getting quick glimpses of gameplay. Stranglehold looks really fun.
didn't diablo 2 have dual wielded weapons?
There are a lot of cool looking games in this video that I haven't played
Thanks to this video I realized that when I was younger I actually played a bit of Rise of the Triads at a friend.

Yeah, especially call of duty :v:
Just kidding, but that video actually got me interested in Stranglehold. Is it worth checking out ? It looked pretty cool.

Baldur's Gate 2.
Dat voice <3. Also them shotguns in Marathon 2 looked well fun to use.
He completely forgot about lightgun shooters such as virtua cop and house of the dead, allowing for the use of two lights guns at the same time.

Its 50 cents at your local game retailer and its on the crossroads of mediocrity and godhood.

It is literally Hard Boiled: The Game
I like how the dude playing CS:GO is playing it like CoD and just running forward while mindlessly shooting :v:
The best strategy with the dualies is to not try and aim.

I never played Marathon but I'm kind of surprised Halo: CE didn't have dual pistols.
It feels like Halo 2 is what really made dual-wielding as commonplace as it is.
I'm not going to lie, that Marathon bungie game looks fun.

Marathon is great, go play it
I think Halo 2/3 is what made dual-wielding popular.
I remember how you could literally dual-wield ANY weapon in Halo besides rifles.
But nowadays game just only allow you to akimbo certain weapons, which is pretty lame.
I am kind of dissapointed that there is no mention of Advent Rising.
It features what is without a doubt the most awesome dual wielding system in any game ever. You can dual wield any weapon with any other.
So you can run around with a heavy machine gun in one hand and a pistol in the other, a sniper and a shotgun, or two giant fucking rocket launchers, and just wreck everything.

stranglehold is fucking awesome, one of the most entertaining games i've ever played
hi one sec gonna run up a thin wall jump off it landing on a stair railing glide down it and land onto a rolling cart and flip off of it and spin around and shoot fucking everyone in the process
Dark Souls had the best dual wielding.
Literally no weapon can't be dual wielded, if you're strong and stupid enough.
Swords? Sure. Shields? Go ahead, bash your way to victory. Crossbows? It ain't gonna stop you. Bows? Weelllllll, technically you can, but you can only shoot the one that you're holding with both hands. Greatswords? Go and look like a tosspot if you must.
honestly the thing i didn't like about max payne was that it very often took more than 1 go of bullet time to kill 2-3 people even when landing every shot possible in that time.
I remember playing Stranglehold and it was amazing.
The only thing that I didn't like about it was that the bosses could take thousands of bullets before going down.
This guy sounds a bit like Simon Pegg

For people who want more slowmo dual weapon shooting, there's a game called El Matador. I like to describe it as a mix of Max Payne 2 and Max Payne 3. I think it's a relatively unknown game.
Timesplitters has dual wielding, dual wielding the SBP90 in Timesplitters 2 multiplayer was devastating and a friendship ender on the level of Mario Party.

Well i've never heard about it, and i've played a shitton of obscure games, so yeah i'd say it's pretty unknown.
Sounds kinda like a less over the top Total Overdose to me
didn't diablo 2 have dual wielded weapons?
Only the Barbarian.
Why didn't he mention GoldenEye 007? And Stranglehold is definitely worth checking out.
