You shut your fucking mouth.
Are there any good science programs on right now for children?

Science education is important!

Not of this caliber I don't think. Most shows seem too scared to teach children science in the US since it's seen as liberal.
Online though Vsauce is probably the most wide-casted content for many ages. But might be boring for kids. HeadSqueeze does some neat practical experiments though.

:(
I really like VSauce a lot. I feel sometimes that he follows the form factor and flow of Bill Nye, which is awesome.
I didn't know Jaden Smith was alive back then...

uhh, what? Tons of right wing people love science. And afaik bill nye is still shown in elementary schools and middle schools. It's a bit old yeah but the stuff he teaches isn't fields such as psychology which are constantly being rethought.
Also wow bill nye doesn't age.

I think you need to leave, I'm sorry.

I'm talking about the vocal minority who actively write into local stations that might run that kind of thing. Most "science" shows now are kind of masked in some sort of mystical theme I find.

I think that's mostly just to get people to pay attention and the like, but it depends on a case-by-case basis. Some subjects just need stuff like that to get certain people to pay attention, any examples of this you have on your mind because I might be missing the point of your post completely.

I guess I'm speaking pretty generally from lots of small anecdotal evidence and conversations I've had over the years. I haven't seen anything on the level of The Science Guy in years. If anything is sciency it's usually disguised as something pseudosciency ironically.
How could I have never gotten around to watching this before today?
This is really cool and really well put together. I knew Bill Nye was rad but damn.
Bill Nye was the single most nourishing thing from my entire highschool science experience.
He's a great guy, really shaped my childhood. I dressed as him for Halloween when I was young.
I want a Hoaxer 2000. :(

They're all online, if you wanted to watch them.
Unless you meant shown on children's networks, in which case--that probably won't ever happen.
Yep, check out the channel of the video I posted, there's more in there.
