Blocked on copyright grounds.
Seriously? I thought the rules were "no clips longer than 60 seconds" from a commercial product. Did that change? or was it 30? [editline]25th April 2014[/editline] What's the point of letting me post if they snipe it before it's even live? lol such a terrible company.
lol such a terrible company.
They have a ton of automated processes that scan your video for copyrighted content as it is uploaded. Having people sift through billions of hours of video manually to figure out what is fair use is a ridiculous waste of time and resources glorious nippon folded animes
glorious nippon folded animes
It's hard to believe that Lucky Star is 7 years old. You should have picked a more recent anime.
It's hard to believe that Lucky Star is 7 years old. You should have picked a more recent anime.
Hey man, nothing beats the classics
the problem with this video is Ghost In The Shell is a Dark Tone Movie vs TV kid's show
the problem with this video is Ghost In The Shell is Dark Tone Movie vs TV kid's show
It's also not serious.
It really is retarded to compare two things with completely different objectives. However, I really want to post this: [vid]http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/11396110/Videos/Beautiful.webm[/vid] [editline]25th April 2014[/editline]
It's also not serious.
Welp, my satire meter is off today.
Use [vid] tags.
Thank you.
I always found it weird that most generic anime's had "ventriloquist dummy" mouths.
I always found it weird that most generic anime's had "ventriloquist dummy" mouths.
I've never seen this minus comedic scenes.
I always found it weird that most generic anime's had "ventriloquist dummy" mouths.
Making good lip-syncing takes too much time and money to make.
Making good lip-syncing takes too much time and money to make.
minus the fact that even the cheapest american cartoons do it
Western animation has it moments.
What's that from? It has to be something from KyoAni or Ghibli.
makoto shinkai
makoto shinkai
Oh, the guy who did 5 Centimeters Per Second. I completely forgot about him. That explains the absurd level of detail.
minus the fact that even the cheapest american cartoons do it
the cheapest american cartoons most likely have far higher budgets than most anime not that the distinction means jack shit since most of the cartoons people here remember were animated in korea, japan, canada, or france anyway like, remember that batman episode feat of clay? animated by the same studio as akira. it looks pretty damn good too.
Ghost in the Shell vs Spongebob? At least use Heavy Metal or something, sheesh.
I always found it weird that most generic anime's had "ventriloquist dummy" mouths.
If effort was put into the dub then they rescript it to match the lip flap as close as they can. If there wasn't much effort...you get the picture. Japanese sentences generally seem to run longer than their English translations.
There's a whole lot of not-getting-the-joke in here. I laughed my ass off.
I hope you're comparing them based on content ratings aka not comparing a kids show to a teen/adult show.
Western animation has it moments.
Man, I had forgotten about that one, it it so good
Ghost in the Shell vs Spongebob? I would want to make a comparision to Persepolis ot The Illusionist, but that's not American. Has there even been a western animated movie aimed for adults that actually tried to be serious or mature?
