It's meant to catch you off guard so you aren't looking at the tiny details, and catch it on the second or third run through. When the first poster says LOL SO OBVIOUS obviously you're looking for the fucking details. It was decent enough, and I chuckled.

It's fake and edited. Just look at his tie. The pattern/color changes (it's similar, but it changes) and if you pay close attention to obama's face as he walks off the podium you'll realize that it doesn't really match up with the rest of his body.
